Wes started his journey in landscaping at just 14, working alongside a friend, and by 16 he had launched his own business. For more than 25 years, he has built and maintained that business with a commitment to hard work, integrity, and learning through experience — both good and bad. Along the way, he partnered with others twice, and while those experiences were tough lessons, they shaped who he is today as a business owner and person.
Around 15 years ago, Wes took on a completely different challenge — working as a fugitive recovery agent (bounty hunter) for multiple bond companies. It was an intense and eye-opening chapter of his life that tested his instincts, judgment, and resilience. After one major incident that came with heavy personal and financial consequences, Wes decided to step away from that line of work and refocus on his landscaping business and his family.
Firearms have always been a passion for Wes — not just as tools, but as a craft, a discipline, and a community. Over the years, He has immersed himself in shooting sports, firearm discussions, and training opportunities whenever he could. In early 2025, he had an epiphany: it was time to turn that lifelong passion into something more. With his son returning to help run the landscaping business, he finally had the time to bring his vision of a firearm business to life through All Seasons Tactical. Customers love his approachable and patient style of interaction. They truly trust and appreciate his willingness to take the time to make sure ever gun he sells is the right gun for each customer.
Wes brings a wealth of real-world experience, a deep appreciation for firearms, and a genuine love for the people and stories that come with them. Every day spent around guns, learning, and sharing knowledge makes his life a little better.
Today, Wes is a co-founder and lead firearms consultant with Trinity Tactical—a professional training organization built on the partnership of real-world experience, proven instruction, and American values. Trinity Tactical combines the the instructional background of Applied Tactical Defense's firearms training, the tactical and law enforcement experience of SARE Training and the retail firearms expertise of Wes at All Seasons Tactical.
As part of the Trinity Tactical Group, Wes is excited to combine his background, life lessons, and enthusiasm with others who share the same drive and respect for the firearms community. He feels that together, he looks forward to building something that reflects not just what we do — but who we are.
